§ 1 Contact address
Open Shelf Codex maintains a single point of contact for all correspondence. Messages are received at the address below and are read in the order in which they arrive.
Write to us at: contact@connectallschools.org
§ 2 Scope of enquiries
The same address serves every kind of enquiry. Please state the subject of your message plainly so that it can be routed to the appropriate part of the catalogue.
- General questions about Open Shelf Codex and its records.
- Corrections to a book page, a chapter list or a shelf mark.
- Partnership enquiries concerning the catalogue and its holdings.
- Copyright notices and other rights-related correspondence.
§ 3 Corrections and reported problems
When reporting a problem with a page, please include the full URL of the affected record so that the item can be located without ambiguity. A short description of the fault, and the wording or listing you believe to be correct, will help us amend the entry accurately.
§ 4 Copyright notices
Rights holders and their representatives are asked to follow the formal process set out on the copyright and takedown page. Notices sent to the general address are acknowledged, but the formal route ensures that a request is recorded and handled in the proper sequence.
§ 5 Reply times
We aim to answer within a few business days. Enquiries that require verification against the catalogue may take somewhat longer; a further reply will follow once the matter has been reviewed.
§ 6 Channels not maintained
Open Shelf Codex does not offer a telephone line, a postal address or a contact form. Correspondence is accepted by email only. Only the opening chapters of a work, at most three, are available for reading on this site; the catalogue does not supply complete books.
