Synopsis
Ruby has kept her stomach cancer a secret for two months, hiding it from a family that already despises her. During a mukbang stream, she coughs up blood on camera, and her brother Jack slaps her while her boyfriend Lucas calls it a stunt for views. The audience turns on her, her stream is shut down, and the bonus she wanted for her own funeral slips away.
Lucas and Jack side with Tiffany, the best friend who once spread lies about Ruby and now claims her diagnosis is forged. Even her mother believes Tiffany. Ruby breaks up with Lucas and keeps streaming, determined to earn enough for a grand funeral before her body gives out.
