My Husband Gave My Heart to His Wife

Marion waited three years for a donor heart.

When a perfect match finally came, her husband, Dr. Kale Ashford, signed the papers and gave it to her adopted sister, Silvia instead.

At the press conference, under flashing cameras, Kale said calmly, “My wife understands. We always put the patient first.”

But Marion was the patient.

While she was left in a regular ward and told to wait, Silvia received VIP treatment, the best specialists, and eventually moved into Marion’s bedroom to “recover properly.” Soon, Silvia was calling Kale “hubby,” sitting on his lap, and sending Marion videos of them together like trophies.

When Marion exposed everything online…

Kale stormed into her ICU room.

“Delete it! Apologize. Say you were unstable.”

“And if I don’t?” she asked quietly.

“I’ll make sure no hospital in this city accepts you.”

Her own mother discharged her the same night. Calling her ‘jealous and insecure,’ So Marion walked out of the hospital alone.

Halfway down the steps, Kale caught up and grabbed her wrist. “Stop this nonsense! You’ve embarrassed all of us enough.”

Moments later, she dropped to her knees and collapsed. He dismissed it as another act.

Doctors rushed out. Defibrillator. Flatline.

The doctor looked at the clock and said quietly,

“Marionette Jones Ashford,” someone said in a distant voice. “Female. Twenty-five years old. Time of death, 10:06 AM.”
