Slapped at the Altar You Stole My Groom, but I'm Your Billionaire Boss

At her wedding, Summer is slapped by her groom, Tyler, before every guest. Her cousin Chloe has staged a fall down the stairs, and Aunt Brenda and Summer's own father demand she kneel and apologize. But Summer snaps her fingers, and the hall's screen plays security footage: Chloe biting a fake blood capsule and throwing herself down the steps. Then the screen shows Summer's own design files, every one signed Summer Vance, the same piece Chloe entered to win the Grand Gold Prize after cropping out the signature.

Chloe calls it a deepfake, then claims a hacker stole her files. Tyler swears he watched her draw them. Summer asks Chloe to name the facets of the blue diamond in Nirvana, the filigree engraving, the metal stress points. Chloe remembers nothing. Her mother and father still press her to apologize, because Chloe is about to become Chief Designer at Pinnacle Group and cannot afford a scandal.

Summer stands alone against a family that prizes Chloe's future over her stolen work.
