Runaway Luna with Alpha's Twins

My bridal shower was supposed to be a night of laughter and celebration, but one phone call changed everything. David, my fiancé, needed bailing out.

When I arrived, David sat too close to Carol, his adopted sister. Their heads were nearly touching, whispering in a way that sent a chill down my spine. They didn't even realize I was there to get them out.

I kept repeating the words 'this was nothing. It had to be nothing' in my head. But my she-wolf instinct was telling me there is something.

That night, I couldn't sleep. My mind replayed their closeness, the way they ignored me when I signed the paperwork. I tried to shake it off, to remind myself the wedding was only days away. But then, I heard voices in the kitchen when I was going to get a water.

I followed the hushed whispers, and then, I saw Carol, her hand on David’s face, kissing him.

The air left my lungs. My wolf whimpered, torn between anger and heartbreak. I wanted to scream, to demand answers, but instead, I ran.

Then the day of the wedding happened, I stood in front of the mirror, dressed in white, trying to convince myself this was still my path. But when Harry, my ex boyfriend showed himself on that day and knelt before me to ask me to marry him, I finally asked myself: was marrying David my destiny, or was it time to walk away?
