Synopsis
On the day Iris is scheduled for her C-section, her husband Simon bursts into the operating room, brandishing a fruit knife and dragging her away against the protests of doctors and her family. He forces her onto a train, refusing to explain why she cannot have the baby, even as her father threatens him and her mother calls the police. Then a news alert reveals that every pregnant woman at the maternity hospital—208 of them—has died, all except Iris.
When Iris reaches her parents and her best friend Chloe by phone, they insist everyone is fine and that the news is false. Simon warns her that everyone is lying and that she can trust only him. As the train enters a tunnel, he sees something behind her that fills him with terror, and he pulls her off at the next station. Moments later, the train derails and crashes into a mountain.
Simon tells her the truth: everyone who looks back dies. Iris must decide whether to believe the husband who abducted her or the family and friend who say nothing is wrong.
