When the Don chose his first love, I walked away.

At the party for their three-year anniversary, Wesley, godfather of the Costa family, brings his first love, Jessica. During a game, Jessica announces she has been pregnant with Wesley's child more than once, and that he took her to every procedure. Wesley says nothing to deny it. Fannie deletes the proposal she was about to send and books a one-way flight to Paris.

Wesley's messages follow her, but he only tells her not to make a scene and to look after Jessica. In Paris, her professor's assistant welcomes her back with the lead designer position at the studio. The brand collaboration she once brokered for Wesley now requires her real name as signatory, and the design brief names Jessica as the primary visual reference.

A scarf arrives from Wesley, still smelling of Jessica's perfume, though Fannie is allergic to wool. He forgot. She takes the ring she designed herself, inscribed only you, out of her bag.
