My Best Friend's Deadly Secret

At his engagement party, Ethan becomes the laughingstock of the city when his fiancée Christine throws an HPV test report in his face before hundreds of guests, declaring him high-risk positive and calling off the wedding. His best friend Caleb rushes to the stage to defend him, and the crowd praises his loyalty. But Ethan hears a voice only he can hear: Caleb's mocking thoughts, confessing he swapped names on the report, slept with Christine, and intends to take everything Ethan has.

Stripped of his engagement and blamed for a betrayal he never committed, Ethan walks out into the rain. Back at the apartment he shares with Caleb, he finds the signs he once ignored—a damp towel, lipstick on his cup, his hidden suit jacket carrying Christine's scent. Jennifer, Christine's mother, calls to demand he return every gift and leave with nothing, while Christine texts a single demand for the ring.

Betrayed by the two people he trusted most, Ethan stops grieving and starts calculating. Since they want to drag him into hell, it is his turn now.
